"We came here three days in a row last week, if that’s any representation of how amazing this place is. The staff are super friendly and helpful in picking from their many flavours. Before Bestea, there was no good option for bubble/milk tea in Red Deer. Everything I’ve tried so far has been amazing. The Taro Cheesecake, fresh Purple yam ube latte and fresh coco mango latte are the three choices I’ve had and each had a complex yet enjoyable flavour, they hit spot on for texture and had the perfect amount or pearls for the drink. If you’ve tried bubble tea in red deer before, you’ll understand the frozen/stuck together pearls issue many places seem to have, that hasn’t been an issue here at all. Bestea is definitely the place to be for milk tea in red deer, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else."

Every time I go in the afternoon, there’s always this one staff named Mareen that’s always so energetic and accommodating.
